Nk'Mip RV Park is located on the edge of the Sonora Desert. The warm temperatures with a low amount of precipitation attract many people to spend the winter months in the Osoyoos area. The Park has 104 full service sites fully operational for the winter months. The sites can be rented by the day or the month.

The Park has an 8020 square foot clubhouse designed for the winter months. This facility has men's and women's washrooms & shower facilities, a laundry room, a separate wheelchair accessible washroom, a kitchen, an indoor pool, a hot tub and a hall for group activities.
