• Quiet Time : 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, please be considerate of your fellow campers. ABSOLUTELY NO MUSIC after 8:30 PM and NO loud music at any time. Nk’Mip Campground & RV Park is a family campground and will not tolerate parties. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and must have them in their campsite by 11:00 PM.
• Visitors : Guests are responsible for the behavior of everybody on their site, if your guests break the rules, the entire booking will be evicted. If your guests are misbehaving, report it to security, and have them removed from your site before it becomes a disturbance to your neighbors. There is no refund if you are evicted. All visitors must register at the office upon arrival and be off of the campground property by 10:00 PM.
• Pet Owners : (Strict enforcement of these rules is the only way we are able to accommodate pets.) All pets must be kept of a leash at all times! You are responsible for any clean-ups! Pets are not allowed on the beach! A plastic bag for waste pickup must be carried at all times when walking your pet! Pets must not be left unattended at the site.
Any pet owners caught breaking any of the above rules will be fined as follows:

Third Offence Eviction from campground

• Security : Nightly 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. If problems occur on or around your campsite that is making your stay unpleasant, or if the campground rules are being broken, please contact the SECURITY ON DUTY of the MANAGER for immediate action.
• Check-In and Check-Out : Check-in 1:00 PM - Check-out 11:00 AM.
• Gates Closed Between : 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. All vehicles must display registration tag.
• No Refund On Rent : Rent is due and payable in advance.
• Occupancy : One vehicle, one camping and two (2) people are included with the site rental. Maximum of two (2) vehicles, two (2) tents or one (1) RV, four (4) Adults or two (2) Adults & four (4) Children are allowed per site for an additional charge (there is a $20.00 surcharge per night in addition to the extra charges for exceeding any of these limits.) Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these rules.
• Garbage : Please dispose of your garbage in the dumpsters and recycle your cans.
• Speed Limit : Watch for your fellow campers - 10 km/hr in the park PLEASE.
• Swimming : No lifeguard on duty at any time and all swimming and water recreation is at your own risk. Swim in the designated swim area.
• Boating : Boats and personal watercraft are not to be operated within the swim buoys. Engine power must be cut when entering the swimming area and proceeding to the mooring buoys. If you plan on crossing the international border be sure to check the both U.S. and Canadian Customs offices on what the current procedures are for an authorized boat or personal watercraft.
• Facilities : The washrooms will be maintained on a constant basis. Please use alternative washroom if required. Please dump port-a-potties in sani-dump only.
• Snakes : Yes, we do have snakes, however they are not aggressive, and will not bother you unless provoked, harassed or surprised. If you spot a snake in the campground have an adult monitor the snake while another person reports it to the office so that it may be removed.
• Desert Trails : All access to the desert is now controlled by the Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Center. Please respect this very fragile ecosystem.
• No Campfires : Except in community fire pit.
• Picnic Tables : One picnic table per site. (No picnic tables available in Overflow)
• Renewals : You can renew the same site for the same time slot if it is seven days or longer at www.campingosoyoos.com/secure/renew.htm. Renewals can not be done at the front desk and they are not automatic.

Nk'Mip Resort LTD. will not be responsible for fire, theft, accidents to persons or property, vandalism or any Act of God, and maintain the right to evict or refuse occupancy as we see fit.

Year 2007 Reservation Policy

• Bookings that are less than 14 days in length can be moved by staff without notice to accommodate larger bookings.
• If upon arrival you decide to shorten your booking you will be moved to a site that fits the number of days you are checking in for.
• If you send in a cheque for your deposit, you MUST INCLUDE the reservation number in the memo area of the cheque.
• Reservation fees must be paid within 14 days of making a reservation ($50.00 per site, $100 per site for long weekend bookings)
• Reservation fees are non-refundable, however they will be subtracted from the total upon check in.
• To help us serve you better please bring your canceled cheque, receipt, or credit card statement to show your deposit when checking in.
• We reserve the right to move any booking.
• You have priority to book the same site for the exact same time slot next year if you book at: www.campingosoyoos.com/secure/renew.htm before September 15th
