Spring and Fall are the perfect times. The park has an 8020 square foot clubhouse designed to host social events, meetings or meal functions and the large outside patio area is the perfect place for large group BBQ's.

Our large clubhouse with its indoor pool and hot tub, is set up for a variety of scheduled winter activities that will make your stay both active and social.

Osoyoos is Canada's Snowbird destination and Nk'Mip is the RV'ers preferred choice during our short winter season.
