Whether you are a golfer, a wine lover, or a budding naturalist - Osoyoos has something for everyone. Three championship golf courses are located within a 20 minute drive, our area is also home to over 14 wineries and our local hiking trails and interpretive centres will encourage you to seek out the rare plants and animals that share the landscape.

Osoyoos is located in the heart of desert wine country, but there was a time before the irrigation canals when the entire area was nothing more than an arid desert. That time has since passed, in fact there is only one small parcel of the desert left.

First the valley bottom was lined with orchard upon orchard, but in recent years many of orchards have been taken out to make room for rows and rows of wine grapes.
